Please note that the 904 requires our Adaptor 2" Extended (8000-540) in every configuration for 904 saddle. Use headworks adaptors to reduce outlet size if less than 2". This adaptor is then used with the appropriate headworks adaptor.

The 904 Service Saddle offers significant benefits when compared to traditional service connection methods.

No more dedicated fittings as the saddle completely rationalises stock.

The 904 Service Saddle provides the operator with the ability to work on multiple pipeline materials in sizes from 45mm - 335mm with just one saddle for PE, PVC, Asbestos Cement, Steel, Ductile and Cast Iron. Furthermore, the 904 saddle is pressure rated up to 16 bar.

A unique built-in ferrule allows for a simple drilling operation (no tapping required) ensuring a leak free joint every time even with thin wall Ductile Iron.

One saddle fits all pipes from 45mm to 335mm, 2 saddle straps available, 45mm to 175mm and 45mm to 335mm.
