The service Pipe Pusher is used to provide gas to a household or building by threading new pipe into the existing service. It is capable of pushing PE pipe around three 90 degree slow bends positioned evenly on a clean 20 metre steel service pipe run and is capable of pushing through 20mm/25mm/32 & 40mm pipe sizes. An external assessor has concluded that the PE Pipe Pusher achieves the same minimum levels of performance of new pipes – and at a fraction of the cost!
