Pipetech offers bespoke training and development for all our customers.
In some cases this is desirable as businesses wish to train their staff to increase their competency at understanding tooling uses and benefits, however, in other circumstances, it is essential as some of the equipment we provide is specialist and requires a high degree of operative competency to ensure it can be used safely and effectively.
We offer training on all of our equipment and have "train the trainer" schemes, so our knowledge can be passed on throughout an organisation. This also means that trainers can apply specific policy requirements to operations as this will typically vary between organisations.
We request feedback for all our training, which ensures your operatives have achieved the required standard to proceed with the usage of equipment. We will also (on request) attend site during the first operation of the equipment to offer guidance and support if this is required.
