MicroStop is a miniature FlowStop system offered for pipe sizes from 1" to 3" and working up to a maximum pressure rating of 500mb. The built-in bypass to the stopple head allows for gas flow to continue uninterrupted whilst maintenance and repair activities are completed.
HOW MICROSTOP WORKS: ISOLATED LEAKING PIPE: The MicroStop utilises an expanding stopper mechanism, to create a 100% leak proof block, isolating the broken section of pipe. BYPASS: The bypass hose is available in differing lengths which can be joined to suit the application. The model 2 MicroStop bypass offers size for size bypass which prevents any decrease in flow rate on low pressure systems.
