The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

  • All orders of in stock items received by 1300 are shipped for next day delivery. Stock availability is reflected on our website but is subject to sale and may not always be 100% accurate

  • Orders placed over public bank holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, if this affects your order, we will be in touch to let you know


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping options are as follows:
 

  • Collection only (free) this relates to collect from the main Pipetech office which is 6 Albany Business Centre, Wickham Rd, Fareham PO17 5BD

  • UK Delivery (excluding highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland) under £150 charged at £12

  • UK Delivery (excluding highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland) over £150 but under 30kgs in weight charged at £0

  • UK Delivery (excluding highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland) over 30Kgs but under 40kgs charged at £18

  • UK Delivery (excluding highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland) over 40Kgs shipping costed separately

  • UK Mainland Pre 1030 (excluding highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland) under 30Kgs charged at £36

  • UK Mainland Pre 1200 (excluding highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland) under 30Kgs charged at £30

  • Northern Ireland charged at £36

  • Highlands and Islands charged at £36

Some items we supply have specific packing requirements and therefore are priced dependent on quantity and sizes, therefore the following items are excluded from the carriage charges above with shipping being calculated separately.

  • 7003-232 - Telescopic Vent Pipe 63mm (2") 1.6mtr - 3.2mtr

  • 7003-943 - Fixed Vent Pipe 2" (63mm) 2.5mtr Length

  • 8000-600 - PQR6000 Mains Branch 16 bar Drilling Machine 1" - 6"

  • 8000-600FK - PQR6000 Mains Branch 16 bar Drilling Machine 1" - 6" Full Kit

​Pallet Shipments

Some items we supply require pallet packing and shipment therefore are priced dependent on quantity and sizes. Therefore, the following items are excluded from the carriage charges above with shipping being calculated separately.

Tracking your order

  • Shipping information will be added to your order once the order has been despatched. You can find this information by looking at your order within shopfront

  • If there are any issues in relation to the delivery of your order, please contact sales@pipetech.co.uk

Item returns

  • Return requests must be processed by request to sales@pipetech.co.uk or by contacting us on 01329 234888, Option 1.

  • Returned items are charged a restocking fee, items which are manufactured specifically on demand cannot be returned.

  • Carriage costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless we have agreed to cover these costs due to the fault being acknowledged as our responsibility.
